I bring over 26 years’ experience in SEND and education, including extensive leadership experience as a SENDCo and Deputy Headteacher.
I established Symes Inclusion Solutions to provide families and schools with knowledgeable, practical and compassionate SEND support — combining professional expertise with a strong commitment to inclusion and better outcomes for children and young people.
